Photo Release

I authorize So-Kai Unlimited to make and keep photos of my child participating in playdates, events, activities, and/or Kindermusik classes. I understand these copies may be used by So-Kai Unlimited for advertisement purposes.

Waiver

I hereby waive So-Kai Unlimited, LLC, its employees, agents and assigns from any and all liability for injury, loss or damage to personal property associated with participation in classes, events, etc.  I acknowledge that this waiver is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by applicable law, and that I have read and understand the above and am signing of my own free will.        

Kindermusik Cancelation Policy

All payments are non-refundable once classes begin because home materials have been ordered.
